Ice Cream Scooper/Store Associate

Our ice cream scoopers are hardworking, outgoing, and laser-focused on customer service. 

Harper's scoopers are responsible for delivering on our promise to create a welcoming community-gathering place. This role provides great service, consistent scoops, and an excellent customer experience during every shift. As a scooper, you will take orders, make menu items accurately, and ring up customers using a point-of-sale system. Part of an outstanding customer service experience is a clean and well-organized store. Cleaning, stocking, and organizing will be ongoing during every scooper shift. All this while listening to music, getting to know people in our community, and having fun! Must be 16 or older. ​

Ice Cream Maker/Production Assistant

Learn how to make the best ice cream in Southern Oregon. Restaurant experience is preferred but not necessary. Regular hours and the ability to meet production deadlines are a must. You must be 18 or older.
