We're taking our small-batch, hand-crafted ice cream out of the scoop shop and straight to your events! Building on the original Sweet Cream foundation, all of our Ice Cream is hand-made by us using the freshest ingredients we can find. We offer vegan and gluten-free options too! PLEASE READ The prices listed below are approximate and may not reflect your final invoice. Add-on services, certain special requests, and extended travel time may result in additional charges. Complete the request a quote form to provide us with your specific details and we will be happy to create a wedding or event package that is sure to meet your needs. Events open to the public will have a different pricing structure, please contact us for details. How does it work? • Contact us for date availability using the request a quote form. • Call us at 541-229-1854 with any questions. • Choose your date, event type, number of guests, and products to be served. • A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your event date. Payment • A 50% deposit is required to hold your event date • Payment in full is required one week before your event due to the perishability of our product and the time commitment to prepare it fresh. What we provide • Set up and takedown • Cups, spoons, napkins, and two smiling servers, for up to two hours of service (additional time can be added for an extra fee). • Ice cream and toppings of your choosing, cones, and sandwiches can be added for an additional fee, gluten-free and vegan options are available upon request. • Beautiful memories to last a lifetime Is that love in the air or the smell of freshly baked waffle cones? We think it’s pretty much the same thing. Imagine treating your guests to freshly made ice cream or sorbet of your choosing. Worried that you have guests with food allergies? We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options so there is something for everyone. • Two (2) hours of service for 100 or more guests • 1-2 servers, cups, spoons, napkins, personalized menu board, and choice of umbrellas to match your theme. • Selection of up to 4 flavors from our catering menu or monthly flavors menu Our packages are priced to accommodate any size celebration.
